To obtain a new fax number, you need to go through the IT department. Here's the guide to requesting this service:
1. **Submit a Ticket to IT Support**:
- Reply to this chat with the following information: Purpose of the fax number, the department it will be used for, what email inbox, SharePoint folder, or file share you need the incoming faxes sent to.
- Once you have provided the information in the chat, click the "Create a Service Record" link below and your request will be created.
2. **Provisioning Process**:
- After submitting your request, the IT department will review and reach out if additional information is required. Once the setup requirements are confirmed IT will set up the new fax line and send you an email with the new fax number. This type of request can take up to 3 business days.
