Adobe License Expired
If you encounter an error saying your adobe licenses has expired in most cases to resolve this error, you simply need to log out and back into the adobe application.
Below are step-by-step instructions to log off and log back on to your Adobe Acrobat account using the desktop application.
Note: If you are using Adobe on the web and not using the desktop application go to www.adobe.com log off and on your account. If you're not logged on simply log into your Adobe account.
Steps to Log Off from Adobe Acrobat Desktop Application:

Open Adobe Acrobat: Launch the Adobe Acrobat desktop application on your computer.

Access the Help Menu: Click on the Help menu in the top menu bar.

Sign Out: Select Sign Out or Sign Out [Your Name] from the dropdown menu. You may be prompted to confirm; click Sign Out to proceed.

Close the Application: After signing out, close Adobe Acrobat to ensure the session is fully terminated.
Steps to Log On to Adobe Acrobat:

Open Adobe Acrobat: Relaunch the Adobe Acrobat desktop application.

Sign In Prompt: You should see a sign-in window. If not, click Help in the top menu bar and select Sign In.

Enter Credentials: Input your Adobe ID (Workcare email address) and the password you have set for Adobe.

Verify Sign-In: Once signed in, your name or email should appear under the Help menu, confirming you are logged in.
