How to Resend a Notification in WL3
To resend a notification in WorkLink3 (WL3), please follow these steps:
1. Identify the Case:
- Locate the specific case for which you need to resend the notification.
- Note: A user needs to resend a notification because of any below reasons:
- One or more notifications recipients haven’t received the notification.
- Due to system Issues, the notifications are not delivered to recipients.
2. Expand the “Case History:
- Click on the right corner '+' icon to expand the "Case History" accordion.
3. Expand the “Client Communication” Section:
- Similarly, click on the right corner '+' sign to expand the "Client Communication" section.

4. View the Notification:
- Click the eye icon on the selected notification type to display the notification on the screen.
- If the client CSI (Client Service Instructions) have both option Email Body and PDF attachment, you will see a blue link to download the notification PDF.
- If the client CSI (Client Service Instructions) only has option Email Body, you will NOT see a blue link to download the notification PDF.

4. Resend the Notification:
- Click the "Resend" button.
- A green success banner will appear on the right side of the screen, confirming that the email notification was resent successfully.
5. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
- If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
