How to Unlock WL3 Non WorkCare Email (FBA) Password
If your WorkLink 3 (WL3) non WorkCare email (FBA) account is locked due to entering the wrong password multiple times (more than 3 times), you will need to unlock it.
Here are the general steps you can follow:
1. Open IT Support Ticket:
- If you encounter WL3 account Lock issue due to entering the wrong WL3 password, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
- Note: If you have an FBA account in WL3 that your username or email is not WorkCare System username or email, then your WL3 Password is NOT Active Directory (AD) connected. Therefore, your system password can be different from your WL3 application password, and the unlocking WL3 FBA account is also different from unlocking your system password that is AD Account.
