How to Unlock WL3 WorkCare Email (AD) Password
To unlock your WorkLink3 (WL3) password, you can follow these steps, as your WL3 password is connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account.
- Access to Office 365:
- Access Office 365 by going to https://www.office.com/.
- Click on Sign in.
- Click on Can’t access your account? and select Work or school account.


- Choose I know my password, but still can’t sign in (to unlock your network password).

- Enter your WorkCare email address and complete the captcha challenge.

Note: After 3 times entering the wrong WL3 passwords, your WL3 account will automatically lock. You can reset/unlock your WL3 password by using Office 365- Self Service Password Unlock.
2. Complete the two verification steps:
- Follow the prompts to complete the two verification steps to unlock your network password/account. This might involve using your registered phone or authenticator app.

- If you selected, I know my password, but still can’t sign in on Step 1.
- Your network account has been unlocked. If it still does not work, you may need to reset it.
