How to Change WL3 WorkCare Email (AD) Password
To change your WorkLink3 (WL3) password, you can use Office 365 Self Service Password Reset, as your WL3 password is connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account. Therefore, your WL3 password is the same as your system password. Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Access to Office 365:
- Access Office 365 by going to https://www.office.com/.
- Click on Sign in.
- Click on Can’t access your account? and select Work or school account.


- Choose I forgot my password (to reset your network password)

- Enter your WorkCare email address and complete the captcha challenge.

2. Complete the two verification steps:
- Follow the prompts to complete the two verification steps to reset your network password/account. This might involve using your registered phone or authenticator app.

- If you selected, I forgot my password on step 1, you would see the following screen.
- Enter a new password. Ensure it is at least 8 characters long and includes a number, an upper case letter, a lower case letter and a special character.

4. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
- If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
