Forget WL3 Username
If you've forgotten your WorkLink3 (WL3) username, please follow these steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.

Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."

Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.

Access WL3:
- Click on the WL3 Icon within the "Applications" section. This will display the following URL on your screen:
https://wl3.workcare.com/
5. Clicks “Forget Username” link on WL3 Login Page:
- By clicking Forget Username? Link on Login Page, the Forget Username Page will be displayed on screen.
- Enter your assigned email for your WL3 account and clicks “Send” button.

You will receive in your provided email an email with Subject = Forget your username. This email will share with you all usernames (AD or FBA) that are connected to your entered email address.
7. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
- If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
