How to Access WL3 US Cases
To access WorkLink3 (WL3) US Cases Application, please follow these steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.

Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."

Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.

Access WL3:
- Click on the WL3 Icon within the "Applications" section.
This will display the following URL on your screen:
https://wl3.workcare.com/

5. Login Credentials to WorkLink for users with WorkCare Email/username (Active Directory Connected):
- If you have a WorkCare email, please enter your System email/username and System Password to login to WL3.

Note: WL3 Password is Active Directory (AD) connected to any WorkCare user that uses WorkCare email or WorkCare system username. Therefore, your WL3 password is the same as your system password.

6. First Time Login Credentials to WL3 for users with Non WorkCare Email/username (Form Based Accounts):
- If you don’t have a WorkCare email and it is your first time login to WL3, please enter your username and your provided Validation Key and click “Continue” button.

- Please select your Site Key and click “Continue” button.

- Set-up your password base on Password below Requirements and click “Continue” button:
- 6 to 14 characters long
- Contain both upper-case and lower-case letters
- Contain a number
- Contain a symbol
- Not be the same as the username
- Match Confirm Password field

- Set-up five security questions with their answers and click “Continue” button.
- Note: For login to WL3 with your FBA account, you need to answer one of these security questions. By clicking “Continue” you should receive a green pop-up message that your account with these security questions is set-up and system will show you the login page so you can login with these new set-up information to WL3.

7. Login Credentials to WL3 for users with Non WorkCare Email/username (Form Based Accounts):
- If you have a FBA Account in WL3 that your username or email is not WorkCare System username or email, please enter your assigned email/username and the moment you click on password field, the “Answer Security Question” screen will be displayed.

- Enter your answer for your security question and your assigned “Site key and Password Validation” screen will be displayed.
- Enter your Password on “Site key and Password Validation” screen and click Login button.

8. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
- If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
