Unable to Create a Clearance in Oncourse
Not able to create a clearance in Oncourse for a visit
- After navigating to the visit via “find visit” you will want to “refresh” the service first
- Go to “Services”
- Remove or uncheck the service/exam and then reselect it
- Go to step 3 “Enter Medical Results” and see if the results are there now to complete
- If they are not please contact Oncourse.support@workcare.com
- If you are able to enter results but the clearance is not able to be selected please contact Oncourse.support@workcare.com
