How to change your Oncourse Password

How to change your Oncourse Password by using Office 365- Self Service Password Reset.

Note: Oncourse Password is Active Directory (AD) connected. Therefore, your Oncourse change password process is the same as your system (computer) password.

Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select “Change a password”
Enter your new password twice and press “Submit”

Refresh your browser and login to Oncourse and all your Microsoft applications (Outlook, teams etc)

If you are still not able to login to Oncourse please contact Oncourse.support@workcare.com AND Ithelpdesk@workcare.com to check if you are locked out
