How to Access Oncourse
To access the OnCourse Application, please follow these steps:

Ensure Not to Connect to VPN:
- Make sure you are NOT Connected to the VPN.
2. Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.
3. Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."
4. Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.
5. Access Oncourse:
- Click on the Oncourse Icon within the "Applications" section.
- This will display the following URL on your screen:
https://oncourse.workcare.com/oncourse/Home/tabid/236/Default.aspx
6. Login Credentials:
- Your username is either your email address, first initial last name or a different username, if you do not know it please contact support at Oncourse.support@workcare.com
- Your password will be the same password that you use to login to your computer
- Check the top right corner to make sure it shows your name, if it does not click on the name and select logout and then log back in to Oncourse.
7. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
- If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance with Oncourse.support@workcare.com
