How to Unlock Leave Administration Non WorkCare Email (FBA) Password

If your SharePoint/Leave Administration non WorkCare email (FBA) account is locked due to entering the wrong password multiple times (more than 3 times), you will need to unlock it.

Here are the general steps you can follow:

1. Open IT Support Ticket:

If you encounter SharePoint/Leave Administration account Lock issue due to entering the wrong password, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
Note: If you have a FBA Account in SharePoint/Leave Administration that your username or email is not WorkCare system username or email, then your SharePoint/Leave Administration Password is NOT Active Directory (AD) connected. Therefore, your system password can be different from your SharePoint/Leave Administration application password and the unlocking SharePoint/Leave Administration FBA account is also different from unlocking your system password that is AD Account.
