How to Unlock Leave Administration WorkCare Email (AD) Password
To unlock your Leave Administration WorkCare Email (Active Directory - AD) password, you can follow these steps:
- Access to Office 365:
- Access Office 365 by going to https://www.office.com/.
- Click on Sign in.
- Click on Can’t access your account? and select Work or school account.


- Choose I know my password, but still can’t sign in (to unlock your network password).

- Enter your WorkCare email address and complete the captcha challenge.

Note: After 3 times entering the wrong SharePoint passwords, your SharePoint/Leave Administration account will automatically lock. You can reset/unlock your SharePoint/Leave Administration password by using Office 365- Self Service Password Unlock.
2. Complete the two verification steps:
- Follow the prompts to complete the two verification steps to unlock your network password/account. This might involve using your registered phone or authenticator app.

3. Define New Password:
- If you selected, I know my password, but still can’t sign in on Step 1.
- Your network account has been unlocked. If it still does not work, you may need to reset it.
