How to Change Leave Administration Non WorkCare Email (FBA) Password
To change your SharePoint/Leave Administration password for a non-WorkCare email (Form Based Account - FBA), please follow these steps:
- Accessing to Leave Administration URL:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.
- Click on the Leave Administration Icon, which will display the following URL on your screen:

- Ensure that Edge is running in IE mode for the Leave Administration link. Click on the "e" icon to make the page compatible with IE mode by enabling the highlighted items and clicking the "Done" button. As a result, this page will be loaded properly from next time.

If you have a FBA Account in SharePoint/Leave Administration that your username or email is not WorkCare system username or email, then your SharePoint/Leave Administration Password is NOT Active Directory (AD) connected. Therefore, your system password can be different from your SharePoint/Leave Administration application password.
2. Login Credentials to SharePoint:
- Select Login Type as: "Clients" OR "Third Party Users".
- Enter your username.

- Answer your security question and click the "Submit" button.
- Click the "Forget Password?" Link

3. Enter Security Question for “Forget Password” Link
- Answer your security question and click the "Submit" button.

4. Define New Password:
- On "Account Set-up - Password" screen, enter a new password base on following requirements and click "Continue" button to return to the login screen.
- 6 to 14 characters long
- Contain both upper-case and lower-case letters
- Contain a number
- Contain a symbol
- Not match any previous 6 passwords
- Not be the same as the username
- Match Confirm Password field

Note: If you encounter any issues, ensure your SharePoint is a Trusted Site in your internet Options by following steps below:
- Search for “Internet Options” in your computer search.
- Click on the “Security” Tab and Select the “Trusted Sites” and click the “Sites” button.


5. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
