How to Change Leave Administration WorkCare Email (AD) Password
To change your Leave Administration password for your WorkCare email (Active Directory - AD), you can use the Office 365 Self Service Password Reset. Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Access to Office 365:
- Access Office 365 by going to https://www.office.com/.
- Click on Sign in.
- Click on Can’t access your account? and select Work or school account.


- Choose I forgot my password (to reset your network password)

- Enter your WorkCare email address and complete the captcha challenge.

2. Complete the two verification steps:
- Follow the prompts to complete the two verification steps to reset your network password/account. This might involve using your registered phone or authenticator app.

3. Define New Password:
- If you selected, I forgot my password on step 1, you would see the following screen.
