How to Request Secure Portal Access
To request access to the Secure Portal, you will need to open a support ticket. Here’s how you can proceed:

Open a support ticket:
- Open a support ticket to request access to the Secure Portal.
- Make sure to include all necessary information to request secure portal access for a client employee
- Client Name
- Client Role from Secure portal
- Client’s employee name (Employee First name and Employee Last name)
- Client’s employee email address
