How to Access Secure Portal

To access the Secure Portal Application, please follow these steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.
Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."
Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.
Access Secure Portal:
- Click on the Secure Portal Icon within the "Applications" section.
- This will display the following URL on your screen: https://secure.workcare.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fdefault.aspx

5. Login Credentials:

If this is your first time accessing Secure Portal, use the system username and password provided by the OHM Support team.
You will be prompted to change your password after the first login.

If you have accessed Secure Portal before, Login to Secure Portal application with your Secure Portal username and Secure Portal password.
Note: The Secure Portal Password is NOT connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account, so it may differ from your system password.

6. Troubleshooting:

Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
