How to Access Secure Portal
To access the Secure Portal Application, please follow these steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.

Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."

Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.

Access Secure Portal:
5. Login Credentials:
- If this is your first time accessing Secure Portal, use the system username and password provided by the OHM Support team.
- You will be prompted to change your password after the first login.

- If you have accessed Secure Portal before, Login to Secure Portal application with your Secure Portal username and Secure Portal password.
- Note: The Secure Portal Password is NOT connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account, so it may differ from your system password.
6. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
- If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
