How to Unlock an Encounter in MedSurv

To unlock your locked encounters, you may need to follow specific steps:

Go to each open encounter on your screen and click on “Save and Close” button. This action will help in unlocking the encounters.

Note: Each MedSurv user can only view and lock 10 encounters at the same time. If you lock more than 10 encounters in MedSurv Application, you will get the error.

2. Troubleshooting:

Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
If you encounter any issues while trying to unlock your locked encounters or see below screenshot, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
