How to Unlock OHM Account

If your OHM account is locked due to entering the wrong password multiple times (more than 5 times), you will need to unlock it.

Here are the general steps you can follow:

1. Open IT Support Ticket:

If you encounter OHM account Lock issue due to entering the wrong OHM password, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
Note: The OHM Password is NOT connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account, so it may differ from your system password. Therefore, unlocking OHM account is also different from unlocking your system password that is AD Account.
