How to Edit Existing Client records in OHM
To Edit existing Client records, you may need to follow specific steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.

Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."

Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.

Access OHM:

5. Login Credentials:
- Login to OHMWEB application with your OHM username and OHM password.
- Note: The OHM Password is NOT connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account, so it may differ from your system password.
6. Navigate to Client screen:
- Click on Medical Module on OHMWEB Toolbar and then select Client option from bottom Menu Bar.

7. Edit Existing Client:
- Click on “Find” button when you want to search existing clients.

- Open the client record that you want to update.
- Edit the necessary information to this record.
- Click on the “Save" button to save your changes.

8. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
