How to Create New Encounter in OHM
To Create new Encounter, you may need to follow specific steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.

Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."

Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.

Access OHM:

5. Login Credentials:
- Login to OHMWEB application with your OHM username and OHM password.
- Note: The OHM Password is NOT connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account, so it may differ from your system password.
6. Navigate to Encounter screen:
- Click on Medical Module on OHMWEB Toolbar and then select the first drop down option Encounter Log.

7. Create New Encounter:
- Click on “Add Encounter” button on top of the page to create new encounter record.


- Add Employee details and choose the service (reasons for the encounter) from this page. Then Click on “Next” button at the end of the screen.

- Fill in the required information such as “Appointment Date”, “Clinic” and “CSR” to this encounter screen any other necessary fields.
- Click on “Finish” button at the end of the screen to create an encounter.

8. Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
- If you encounter issues accessing specific functions within the application, consider opening a support ticket for further assistance.
