How To Add Network Printer
To add printers just follow the instructions, the VPN connection maybe needed to access:

Type “Printer” in your search tab located on the taskbar and

A new window will appear and a blue button “Add device” Click it. This will initiate a scan for network attached printers. If there are no printers to display you may already have it in your list.

In the “Show printers and scanners associated with my” use the drop-down arrow and choose “Work Or School “
- Once that’s chosen all the Cloud Printers will appear.

Scroll down the list and choose Orange1_UP as example wait for it to install to complete, may take several minutes.
- To remove and printer choose the printer, and you’ll see in the new window a remove feature.
- To re-add a printer just follow the same procedures…wait for that to install may take a few minutes.
