How to Change OHM Password

To reset your OHM Password, you may need to follow specific steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.
Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."
Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.
Access OHM:
- Click on the OHM Icon within the "Applications" section.
- This will display the following URL on your screen: https://ohm.workcare.com/ohm/OHMIndex.

5. Login Credentials:

Login to OHMWEB application with your OHM username and OHM password.
Note: The OHM Password is NOT connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account, so it may differ from your system password.

6. Define New Password on OHM password expiration screen:

Enter your current OHM (system) username
Enter your current OHM Password
Enter your new Password
Re-enter your new password to confirm
Clicks on “OK” Button
Note : After 90 days, your current OHM password will automatically expire, and you need to set-up a new password for accessing OHM.

Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
