How to Create New Client Record in OHM
To Create new Client records, you may need to follow specific steps:

Open Edge Browser:
- Launch your Edge browser on your computer.

Navigate to WorkCare Managed Bookmarks:
- On the Edge Favorites Bar, select "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks."

Select Applications:
- Within "WorkCare Managed Bookmarks," choose the "Applications" option.

Access OHM:

5. LoginCredentials:
- Login to OHMWEB application with your OHM username and OHM password.
- Note: The OHM Password is NOT connected to your WorkCare email Active Directory (AD) account, so it may differ from your system password.
6. Navigate to Client screen:
- Click on Medical Module on OHMWEB Toolbar and then select Client option from bottom Menu Bar

7. Create New Client:
- Click on “Add” button when you want to create new client record

- Fill in the required client information such as name and any other necessary fields.
- Click on Save button

Note 1: Each client should have a Client Code. To create Client code, please reach out to ohm.support@workcare.com for assistance.

Note 2: Fee Schedule and Account code should be mentioned for every client creation record. (Fee Schedule and Account code available on Left Client Menu side bar Page 3. If new Fee Schedule and Account codes needs to be created, please reach out to ohm.support@workcare.com for assistance)

- Ensure you are connected to the internet and have a stable connection.
